Lieutenant Andrew Leal Sworn in by Mayor Lapey
At last month’s Board of Trustees meeting, Mayor Jennifer Lapey had the honor of swearing in Andrew Leal to the position of Police Lieutenant. They are thrilled to be working with Lieutenant Leal in this new capacity. Colleagues and family showed up to support him as he begins this next chapter in his career.
