He stated that a black Mercedes sedan with New York plates was the other vehicle involved and that at the intersection of First Street and Fifth Avenue near the Railhouse Restaurant, a Black female with braids, a pink sweater, and black leggings exited the Mercedes, approached his vehicle, and attempted to open the Audi’s driver’s side door. The estimated damage to the complainant’s car was $500. One of the witnesses recorded the road rage on his phone and sent the video to the responding police officer’s department email. It showed a person matching the description of the suspect kicking the car. The police also recovered the handle, which was placed into evidence, from the area of the Railhouse.
