Sidewalks Kept in Safe Condition
As cold weather conditions continue, residents are reminded that pursuant to Pelham Manor Code 157-5.G., homeowners are responsible for keeping the walks in the front, rear, and side of their property in a safe condition. Please make sure to clear all ice and snow from the sidewalks around home. As a courtesy, if the sidewalks become impassable, with a minimum of 4 inches of snow accumulation, the Village will deploy the sidewalk plow. However, this process takes time and homeowners may still decide to clear the walk on their own.
