Budget and School Board Election Results

Dear Pelham Community,

We are pleased to share that the 2022-23 proposed school budget was approved by voters 1,570-707. The proposal to establish a capital reserve failed 893-1,387.

I would like to congratulate Jackie DeAngelis, Natalie Marrero and Will Treeves, who were elected to three-year terms on the Board of Education. I feel fortunate to work in a community where there is a wealth of talented individuals who care deeply about our schools and I would like to thank all six candidates for putting in the time and effort to run for school board. 

Election seasons are always difficult and I would like to thank the many individuals who have worked incredibly hard to make sure this election was run smoothly and with integrity including our District Clerk, Pauline Davies, as well as our elections staff, inspectors, and our facilities team.
