Village of Pelham Manor Hosts WMOA Annual Meeting

The Village of Pelham Manor was honored to host the Westchester Municipal Officials Association’s (WMOA) Annual Meeting this past thursday at Pelham Country Club. Mayor Jennifer Lapey spoke about the Village’s history and architecture, as well as its tradition of fiscal responsibility, including New York State Tax Cap compliance and its commitment to remain debt free. She also highlighted Pelham Manor’s robust communications platform and community engagement.

Executives from Scenic Hudson, Inc. made a presentation about their regional environmental initiatives, and WMOA members in attendance elected and installed new officers for the organization.
