Danny Fund Annual Gala Returns after Two-Year Hiatus

After a pandemic-dictated two-year hiatus, The Danny Fund’s annual gala took place on October 22nd at the New York Athletic Club in Pelham Manor. Guest hosted by CBS-NY correspondent Tony Aiello, the event, attended by 160 guests, included cocktails, a sit-down dinner, presentations, a silent auction, raffle and live entertainment by FDR Drive.  Since its founding, the organization has provided vital financial and emotional support to families that face the crisis of a child that has been diagnosed with a catastrophic illness.  The Danny Fund will celebrate its 30th anniversary in 2023.

The Danny Fund is a 100% volunteer organization, comprised of members of the Pelham and surrounding communities.  Overhead is kept to a minimum, allowing 95% of every dollar donated to be used for families in need.
