Molly Mulholland Joins
Compass Real Estate in Pelham Office

Compass Real Estate in Pelham is pleased to announce that Molly Mulholland has joined the firm. Molly grew up on Long Island and graduated from Boston College. She moved to New York in 1996 and was a manager of a restaurant and a casting director before relocating to Pelham in 2006, drawn to its proximity to the city, close-knit community and its great schools.

Along with her husband Tim, Molly raised her 2 children here becoming involved in their activities, including coaching the girls Junior Varsity Field Hockey and Lacrosse teams at Pelham High School, where she experienced first-hand the amazing spirit of the Pelham community.

For the past 13 years she has been the co-owner of the Bar Method exercise studio in Roslyn, New York and has become proficient in developing, operating and running this extremely successful franchise operation, She brings an extensive set of business and interpersonal management skills, and attention to detail, to her new endeavor in real estate.

Molly joins 24 agents at the Compass firm in Pelham and is thrilled to be joining the #1 real estate brokerage in the Country. She is excited to use her experience in sales, her intimate knowledge of the area and her love of the community to help people buy and sell their homes.
