Pelham’s Earth Day Festival at
Gazebo Park was both Fun and Informative

The highly successful Earth Day Festival brought to Pelham by Ecopel and Pelham Eliminates Plastics was held on April 23 at Gazebo Park. Various tables were set up ready to teach visitors about solar power, pollinators, composting and how to live a more sustainable life. The beautiful day was filled with music provided by PMHS student bands. Native butterfly milkweed seedlings were handed out. Visitors learned how to sip lemonade without a straw. Children had fun making various related crafts.
