Pelham Manor Mayor Jennifer Monachino Lapey called to order a Board of Trustees meeting on Monday, December 13, 2021, stating that according to Governor Kathy Hochul’s announcement and NYS Department of Health mandates, it is necessary to present proof of COVID-19 vaccinations to attend in person.

Village of Pelham Mayor Chance Mullen opened a virtual Board of Trustees Work Session 

on December 14th, delineating the purchase of a 2022 Hybrid Police Interceptor 4-Wheel Drive SUV, with $53,000 borrowed from the Capital Budget due to rising steel costs, specifically around the Prisoner Cage, raising the price to $63,000.
